For those in local (pan-Sussex) organisations with a responsibility for their workforce development and what this can mean in practice, providing opportunities to share resources, support each other and also feedback into the system.

Embedding Trauma Informed Approaches in the Workplace:

We will specifically be asking these questions: How do we do it? How do we know that we're doing it? How do we measure the impact?  

Changing Futures Sussex will be launching their new Trauma Informed Framework Toolkit the day before which will be a valuable resource for us to use as a basis for our discussions - to draw out useful practices that we can implement in our own workplaces.
