Criminal Justice Forum - Sussex

C JF Sussex was established as a regular space for practitioners to meet and be able to discuss issues relevant to the criminal justice sector. In particular the focus of the meetings is to improve communication across the sector, bring together statutory and voluntary services and to bring in organisations that work with these groups without it being the sole focus of their organisation.

We hope for the meetings to encourage a mixture of experienced staff as well as those new to the sector and for there to be space for opinion of those with lived experience of the criminal justice system.

This meeting will be in the Sussex Innovation Centre at University of Sussex in Falmer. Many thanks to Shirl from Sussex Pathways for arranging this for us.

We intend for this meeting to have a focus on the commissionning of rehabilitative services and welcome any 'prime providers' that may be interested in attending to meet the local organisations. As such please feel free to extend this invite to staff at any such organisation.

We are keen to extend invites to organisations across Sussex and therefore encourage you to share invitation to other individuals and organisations that you think may be interested in attending. The agenda for the meeting will be available and sent to attendees closer to the time of the meeting.

The meetings are managed by Making it Out, please contact Mark with any queries or support with access etc.

Up to date information and updates on the meetings can be found on the CJF Sussex Slack workgroup, please message mark@makingitout.co.uk for a link to join this group.
